Childhood Asthma Information by Dr. Swan and Nutrition Tips with Deb Brown

Please join Lapeer District Library for a free informational presentation on Childhood Asthma on Monday, December 5, 2011 from 6:00p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Marguerite deAngeli Branch Library, 921 W Nepessing Street, Lapeer. 

According to a 2010 survey by the National Center for Health Statistics, 9.4% of children in the United States currently suffer from asthma. Doctor Stuart Swan will discuss the basics of asthma and what you and your loved ones can do to keep healthy.  Topics covered in this free presentation will include asthma symptoms, triggers, and alternative treatments.

Dr. Swan graduated with honors from Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina and has been in private practice in Davison for over 30 years. Dr. Swan is also the author of “Kid’s First” articles published bi-weekly in the Davison Index newspaper.
