Spices, Sugars, & Salts demo

deAngeli Branch. Why are home ground, freshly ground, spices so good? We will be sharing about spices, sugars, salts and meat rubs. Did you know there are over 150 kinds of cinnamon trees and over 300 kinds of salt? Enjoy taste samples of three different cinnamon, four different colorful salts and whatever else our James Creek Sutlery kitchen can bring to share in our very quick overview / demo of Biblical, rare, historical, and exclusive spices from around the world.
