Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes, or TLC, is a set of changes including a cholesterol-lowering diet, weight management and physical activity. |

This program will be presented by Kelly Bayer R.N. a Certified lifestyle Educator on nutrition and weight loss for a local doctor’s office with extensive education in how therapeutic lifestyle changes can improve the health of her patients.
This program is the result of Lapeer District Library’s partnership with Rebekah’s Health and Nutrition Source of Lapeer.
