Book Bingo for teens ages 12 to 18 begins during Teen Read Week (Monday, October 15) and runs through Sunday, December 30.

Read or listen to 5 books to complete a BINGO line by writing the titles of the books read in the appropriate boxes. Any book written in a bingo square must match the category on that bingo square. You may use any book title only once.

After completing horizontally, vertically or diagonally a BINGO, fill out and drop this entry form at the fiction desk at Marguerite deAngeli Branch Library or at any Lapeer District Library branch.

Enter as many times as you like; the more bingo cards you turn in the better chance you have of winning!

Winning entry forms will be drawn every Monday morning (beginning October 22) during the reading program period. Winners will be notified by phone. Winners will be able to pick something from the prize box. Entries will not be accepted after 5pm on Sunday, December 30.
